All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. If an error occurs on our part, we will gladly replace or remake the item. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos provided.

Item will ship in 5-7 business days once order is placed and design mock up is approved. Please double check your design mock up sent to you via email. We allow up to three changes after design review. Once approved and item is printed, no changes can be made and your item will be shipped to you.
